Goshen Community Schools’ athletic physical night is Monday, April 16th! All student athletes in Goshen Schools entering 6th – 12th grade next year can attend. There is a $10 fee, but no students will be denied for financial reasons. In order to compete on an athletic team during the 2012-2013 school year, a current physical completed after April 1, 2012 must be on file in the GHS or GMS athletic office.

The first and third page of the IHSAA physical form must be completed and signed by a guardian as well as concussion information acknowledgement forms. These forms can be obtained in the GMS or GHS main offices or athletic offices. Athletic registration for next school year is also available. Parents must attend to complete that paperwork.
